IL BULLISMO OGGI
Il progetto si rivolgerà a quel target di giovani che solitamente viene definito «a rischio», ovvero quegli adolescenti che tra gli 11 e i 18 anni, rischiano di sviluppare patologie quali la ludopatia, apatia nel confronto del mondo reale e del prossimo, patologie date da cattive abitudini alimentari, … o che rischiano di cadere nelle trappole dell’alcol, del fumo o delle droghe, ma soprattutto ci rivolgeremo a quella percentuale in crescita esponenziale, identificabile nei bulli e conseguentemente nel fenomeno del bullismo.
Un fenomeno quello del bullismo, in forte aumento e che colpisce indifferentemente ragazzi e ragazze. A parlare sono i numeri. Nel target di età compresi tra gli 11 ed i 18 anni, se nel 2010 chi ha subito atti di bullismo, erano il 7% dei Maschi ed il 9,2% delle Femmine, oggi siamo arrivati ad oltre il 25% tra i Maschi ed oltre il 17% tra le Femmine.
Ciò ha portato ad un notevole aumento di ragazzi sociopatici, ma soprattutto ad un aumento della percentuale di esposizione al rischio di suicidio: il 10% tenta di togliersi la vita ed il 30% compie atti di autolesionismo.
Parliamo naturalmente di bullismo sia on che off line ovvero, non solo di azioni subite nella vita di tutti i giorni, ma ci riferiamo anche al cyber bullismo, che espone i giovani alla “pubblica” derisione attraverso i social network.
Attraverso musica, arte, sport, informazione, vogliamo infondere la cultura del rispetto prima di tutto per se stessi, per Il prossimo e per l'ambiente. Una moderna Educazione Civica, un ambito di insegnamento purtroppo scomparso dalle scuole e sempre meno presente come valore, nelle nuove generazioni.
L'OBBIETTIVO
La Fondazione Vento nasce principalmente per dare un’attenzione funzionale al fenomeno del bullismo ma, attraverso la collaborazione con enti preposti locali, regionali e nazionali vuole occuparsi con attenzione anche di tutte le persone fragili che intendono partecipare e rafforzare la propria autostima quali:
- DISABILI, persone con difficoltà a deambulare e infartati al quale le istituzioni offrono già dei servizi che sono però da rafforzare e coordinare
- GIOVANI POST COMA DA TRAUMA al quale al momento le istituzioni offrono assistenza e sostegno fino alla ripresa ospedaliera e sostegno medico post ospedale ma non un’assistenza lavorativa ed emotiva che li accompagni alla loro totale guarigione ed al riappropriarsi della loro indipendenza.
Questo è il concetto innovativo, un’interpretazione nata dall’esperienza di Mario Zamboni e della Associazione Voci nel Vento, con la volontà di ricreare un ambiente in cui le risorse della nuova generazione possano emergere nel modo a loro più congeniale, venendo messi nelle
condizioni di dare il loro meglio grazie ad ambienti in cui la libertà di espressione viene valorizzata e seguita fino a diventare uno strumento di lavoro. Un percorso sociale ed educativo programmato, creato e rappresentato da Fondazione Vento.
In questo modo il progetto “Sbullit Action” diventerà e sarà un interlocutore unico nel suo genere, poiché opererà in una modalità completamente innovativa ma attendibile.
LA SFIDA
TUTELARE i diritti della persona, difendere le diverse identità consentendone l’emancipazione, una propria autonomia anche economica ed un conseguente aumento della propria autostima.
ASSISTERE
1) le vittime da atti di bullismo e le loro famiglie con l’assistenza di psicologi e avvocati esperti in materia.
2) attuare il percorso dedicato alla cura e al sostegno delle persone vittime di bullismo.
3) completare con un metodo innovativo e con attività di gruppo, la ripresa psico-fisica delle persone che hanno
subito infortuni gravi per il reinserimento sociale e lavorativo.
DIFFONDERE la cultura del rispetto reciproco, individuare e rimuovere le cause ambientali, sociali o psicologiche che possono determinare le condizioni di bullismo.
PROMUOVERE la nascita di strutture in grado di soddisfare le necessità e i bisogni dei giovani, dove poter realizzare
attività ludiche e di lavoro, socializzare, rafforzare la propria autostima tutelando i diritti delle persone fragili.

Sbullit Action is an unique project, never been done before, who will see socially involved artists, sportsmen, authorities and businessmen, associations, foundations, joint with the target of offer a better future to youngers, a cooperation between economy, social, poltics, business world main figures and beyond a strict cooperation with academic environment, primary and secondary schools, art schools and universities. Create a new environment who represents an ideas laboratory, where people, in particular
youngers, abuses victims, can reintegrate and raise again from bad experiences lived, expressing in various creative forms.
“VENTO” FOUNDATION
WHO WE ARE
The decision to make us become a foundation, strongly wanted by President Mario Zamboni, was made in 2015 secomnd semester in order to realize in the best possible way “Sbullit Action” project, without forgetting our past. “Project borns from a dream”, tells president of “Vento” foundation Mario Zamboni, “a dream shared with my friend Lucio Dalla. We wanted to create a new environment able to represent an ideas laboratory, where people, in particular youngsters, abuses victim, can reintegrate and raise from lived experiences, expressing in various creative forms.” “Lucio is no more here with us physically, but our dream overwhelmingly wants to become reality.”
BULLISM TODAY
Project will point to a youngsters target that usually are considered “at risk”, in other words, those adolescents between 11 and 18 years of age, they risk to develop patolologies like diseses in sepeaking, real world and next people apathy, deseases results of bad food habit, ...or they risk to fall in alcohol, smoking and drugs traps but above all we will point to that percentage, in constant grow, recognizable in bulls and consequently in bullism phenomenon. Bullsim is a phenomenon in high growth that hits both boys and girl without difference. Numbers speaking. In guys in the age interval between 11 and 18, if in 2010 who was victim of bullism acts was the 7% of boys ans 9,2% of girls, today we reached over the 25% of boys and over 17% of girls. This gave an high growth of sociopath guys but above all growth of selfkill risk: 10% tries to kill himself and 30% does acts of selfharm. Of course we talk about online and offline bullism that is not only acts suffered in everyday's life but also acts suffered due to cyberbullism, that exposes guys to public humiliation through social networks. Through music, art, sport, infrormation, we want to instill selfrespect, ecpect for others and enviroment's respect culture. A modern civicmidness, an instruction topic unfortunately desappeared from schools and always less present as value in new generations.
THE CHALLENGE
TO DEFEND people's righs, protect difrerent identities allowing their emancipation, their own autocracy and a consequently raise of selfesteem.
SUPPORT
1) Bullism acts vicims and their families with experts in this topic psychologists and lawyers.
2) Make the path for the cure and the support dedicated to bullism victims.
3) Complete with an innovative method and group activities the psychophysical raise of vitctims of serious injuries for their social and working reintegration.
SPREAD reciprocal respect culture, identify and remove environental, social or psychological causes that could bring to bulism behaviour .
PROMOTE structure able to satisfy youngsters' needs, where realize playful and work actitvities, socialize, streighten their selfesteem protecting weak people's rights.
THE AIM
“Vento” foundation mainly borns in order to give a funtional attention to bulism phenomenon with cooperation of in charge local, regional and national figures and wants to pay a sensitivity attention to all fragile people that wants to participate and streigthen their selfesteem that are: DISABLED with ambulate difficulty and heartattack victims, they already can enjoy the benefits of state institutons but these services have to be reinforced and coordinated. POST COMA DUE TRAUMA CASES at the moment state institutions can offer them assistance and support until to hospital recovery and post ospital medical support but not a work and emotional assistance that can go with them in the path to their heal and to obtain again their independence. This is an innovative concept, a Mario Zamboni and Vento fundation's expepience born interpretation, with the desire of recreate an environment where new generation's resources can emerge in the best possible way for them, being in the coditions to give their best thanks to enviroments where freeexpression is enhanced an followed to become a work instrument. A social and educational path programmed, created and represented by Vento foundation. In this way “Sbullit Action” project will become an unique interlocutor of their category, because will work in a reliable and coplete innovative way.

They can be used and will be avaliable as an excusive for the ones who support founundation initiatives, the creative area will be avliable to realise projects proposed by our supporters.
SBULLIT ACTION - SBULLIT PARK
We will realize a park (atually planned in Fano, an around 300,000 m2 are, next to residental area that can easily reached by public transport), where all the activities said before can have a relationship in order to lead and use the big resources of human capital. We will encourage the public opinion involving businessman world's important names but also and above all through artists that could spread a positive message using anunversal language that is: music, shows, theater, visive arts.
COMMERCIAL INITIATIVES
SBULLIT PARK, planned actually in a 30 hectares area where a lot of commercial initiatiives are excpected that are: Monthly events with an 5000 people audience for concerts thetrical performances Annual concert with international famous artists of 150,000 people audience sports events with famous guests Conventions Workshops

1. Get massmedias and polics institutions attention on a high growth phenomenon with worrying percentages. A phenomenon without any or too few preventative mesures.
2. involve institutions, companies, academic world, social operators, in order to interest an always more interested to his social balance market sector
3. Raise youngsters' awareness about bullism phenomenon, that it's dangerous and it has to be fought each kind of bullism at every eyear of age.
4. Become a youngsters' reference point that they can speak to in case of violences suffered by peers 5. Persuade youngsters that they are not consdered losers speaking with our sttucture to get help in case of abuses by peers
